Falling Into Style
Autumn time has to be my second most favorite season of the year. The colors, the falling temperature, the drinks, and of course the fashions. Probably the most dynamic styles are from fall. Not too covered up, not too much skin out in the cooling weather. Here are a few of my fabulous picks for everything Autumn inspired.
Here is an outfit I picked out that would be perfect for those mild California Autumn days
the military inspired jacket is a crisp way to classy up any look. its made from wool, so its perfect for those mid 60's evenings or drinks with the girls. you can find this jacket and other similar styles online at asos.com
not your grandmama's lace. great way to add sophistication and style to your wardrobe without looking like a curtain. soft neutrals like this give a soft accent if fall time yellows and reds aren't your cup of tea. this top is online at canada.forever21.us.com
you can never go wrong with a bold statement pair of liquid leggings. they show off your lovely curves and also give a slimming look for the legs. splash of attitude never hurt anyone! pick up a similar pair at your local Macy's or macys.com
leopard + pink + ballet flats = LOVE. by French Sole, these are beyond darling and super comfortable. ballet flats can compliment are versatile for any time of the day. a dash of leopard is a great pattern to add spice without looking like a zoo creature and the hot pink trim makes the show pop that much more. get these now here http://www.frenchsole.com/product_info.php?shoe_id=SjSw?RJ8XUzw8G7l

Winter Time Fun
Beginning of Autumn means end of the Drifting season and one season closer to Winter, my most favorite time of the year and when I turn into the Snow Bunny. I am planning on riding a lot more than last year, which was a grand total of once! Haha. The three most local spots are Mt. High, Mt. Baldy, and Big Bear which offers two slopes, The Park of Snow Summit. I personally love The Park because of the kick back riders with mad skills and the baller park set up. If you're more into terrain and challenging trails, Snow Summit is for you with a more laid back family environment. Since I haven't gotten the chance to ride outside of California, my most favorite resort has to be Mammoth Mountain. It's like Bear and Summit times 5. Huge runs, great park, and fun trails. I am going to try and make it up there at least three times throughout the season since it generally spans from late Fall to early Summer on good years.
Originally, I am a sports girl. Live 'em and love 'em to death, and since this blog is to cover all of my adventures, I figured I'll cover some snowboard comps that go on during the down time of Drifting. Sure, Willow Springs still has JustDrift! events that go on, but from what I remember, its a lot of hanging out and goofing off; and to be frank, I'd rather spend that time on the road to go riding anyways :P
Too bad there aren't any snow drift or Winter Rally events like in the Eastern seaboard otherwise I'd be all over that!
I'm going to start filming a ton of pink adventures too, and uploading a mini series for those of you busy bees who don't have to time sit and read my fabulous chit chatter. Mostly of the riding adventures and coverage of comps too until Formula D starts up again in April.
Can't wait to really capture some of the highlights of my unique life and share them with all of you lovies!!
Peace and Love,
xoxo Drift Bunny

First Yelp review. NOT FAB.
Can't believe I haven't used Yelp sooner! It's so much fun and a great way to get the most accurate non BSed opinions on businesses. Anyways, needed to get some yummy and semi healthy fuel for some pink business adventures later this afternoon. Check out my very first Yelp review! Definitely more to come so follow me there too!
